HOW DID BOKO HARAM START?

• I GOT THIS OFF THE INTERNET.
  
  Boko Haram started with a Group of Youths who were interested in practising their Religion according to their own understanding.

  They abhor Secular Education and Western Culture.....They hated to be associated with anything Western at its inception.

  Most were just illiterates, paupers and lived peacefully in their various communities.
• Scholars of Islam in Nigeria discussed several times with them to prove to them the falsehood in their beliefs,some changed while a handful of others were defiant.

  
  

  But to be fair to them they were very peaceful people.
• Trouble started during a funeral program. One of them was shot by Police(of course u know Nigerian Police) for not using Helmet.
• 
  The issue escalated when the Govt of Borno refused to intervene.
• Then it became a battle between them and the Police.

  The Inlaw of the Leader of the Group Muhammad Yusuf was again killed by the Police.

  These Youths took law into their hands(of course u knw Naija) and started burning Police Stations

  It became a full fledged war later on, many of the members were killed, family members were massacred(check the video on youtube as produced by Aljazeera on the killings of innocent family Members).

  The Leader was arrested by the Nigerian Army and handed over to the Police and u know Nigerian Police they killed him without trial.

  Aggrieved members and other miscreants seeking a way to creat a Tensed society were recruited and supplied weapons by Politicians to use Religion as a Camouflage.

  How do u explain what they demand for before now with what they now ask for.......any relation?
